A Heart Divided - APH, GerXPru

Mein Gott! This work was a complete disaster!
It was already finished(!) and only required some minor adjustments, which I decided to do later. So I saved my PSD file, closed the program and I think something went wrong while saving. The next day I couldn't reopen it anymore . And, OF COURSE, I didn`t have any WIP copies (how embarrassingly unprofessional, still hate myself for this) I even tried to use the Advanced PSD repair software (with no success)
I know, it`s not a big deal, but still when you work really hard on something, it becomes a part of your life, it takes a lot of time and effort. And isn't it ironic...my picture of Gilbert disappeared just like the Prussian Kingdom itself …… and then….. there was a miracle……I remembered that one of my friends asked me to show her WIP (she always do and now I`m really glad she`s so curious XD) She saved that pic even though there was only a sketch and (thank Heaven) Gilbert`s face (I'm so grateful to her). Funny, she sent me that WIPpic via email with the title `Gilbert: too Awesome to vanish`XD
So, ladies and gentlemen, keep in mind that there`re such idiots like me on this planetand _always always ALWAYS make backup copies of your files, treasure your time!

Вкратце по-русски:
файл накрылся пришлось всю работу переделывать почти « с нуля». Если файл тяжелый (много слоев, например), Фотошоп может его при сохранении изуродовать. Ребят, всегда делайте несколько копий, пока работаете над проектом, ибо в такую гадкую ситуацию многие попадали, а потерять то, «что нажито непосильным трудом» очень неприятно.
